I am loving the car Mark, a real credit to you and Jez. Nice rear wing BTW and those uprights are lush.

I even used the same precision made brackets (B&Q) to mount it to the sub frame that were used on yours

How long are you planning to stay at Abingdon tomorrow? I'll be driving past at about 4.10 from work - tempted to pop by.

Looks great Mark. Fingers crossed for Friday. thumbsup

:yeahthat: find it interesting that the wing and spliter are allowed given you're not suposed to cange the silouete

One thing I do is to refit the front V as you're not running a charge cooler rad it's best to reduce the amount flow in to the front grill as it will reduce the drag and increase the down force. You should have no problems with cooling the NA's cooling system is massivle overspec for the amout of heat it rejects, but you could always fix the V to the grill with cable ties and cut it off if you find it is,.

They say the changes to silhouette relate to bodywork adaptions ie. big arches to fit wide tyres and wheels, as long as the base body shape stays the same then its ok. Thats from Nick Rice the series organiser however I'm sure someone will moan about it if we do ok.

Sounds like they need to reword their requirements as big arches won't change the silhouette

I'm surprised the heater controls are still there (and by extension I assume the heater?) is this just for screen clearing
