Right guys an girls am going to fit a new actuator to my stage 4 as my old one is making a tapping sound , bit tinny sound it is. Tried loosing it , but won't budge as its rusty . How easy is it to fit an what shall I remove ?

start with the bottom nut on the wastegate lever. if you have the uprated cosworth one, two more nuts on the underside attach it to a special bracket, then lift free. The original DZ actuators are attached to the standard bracket which is held on by the three recirc valve bolts.

It's stage 4 from courteaney , there's funny rattle like tinny sound so I tried loosing nuts they rusted on , so do I have to break it ?

not much in them, inside is a diaphragm and a spring. usually you get a split and it leaks.

Don't think it split . Causing it to rattle when no pressure on throttle an then goes away when throttle applied . Had similar to my first stage 4, takes 1 hour to change roughly and you then have to set it .
