After checking with Paul:
* We had no issues when we visited Zandvoort in August 2011 or 2012. However, to be sure - standard cars will be fine on noise. Std factory S/C cars should also be fine - stage 2 is ok but stage 3 cars may need to lift at one place on the circuit.
I am way beyond 88, but just under 95 and had no problems last years.

Wow, nice big track that, could spank a few arses with Nipper on there I expect. So stupid how the noise limits are insanely low though.

95 for now, and probably going under 90 in a few years.

looking on booking.com , if you set it to about 12 miles from zandvoort you get a lot more choice
