Maybe. It did something. But, I've got no faults on the car for it to really tell me anything, as far as the alarm is concerned. So jury is out.

My alarm fixed itself on Thursday.
Over a year of not being able to set it and it has magically started working again.
Maybe you have to drive them every so often?

Mine's always worked for the 0.5 days a year I actually bother arming it (and invariably forget to disarm it), though it did spend the best part of my first year with it sounding "silently" as the siren loom had corroded. Rob wants to scan his alarm with Op-Com and I wasn't convinced Op-Com could talk to it and am still not entirely sure how it can, if it can.

I know. I'm tempted to start dredging back through the depths of the Photobucket account and adding a proper chronological pictorial history of it's evolution now.

But that'll mean more expenditure. MOT, tax, fuel fillups every 15 minutes, tyre wear, oil changes every 100 miles. Think of the environment.....

I think I spent 200-250 quid on fuel in 4 days last week I had an absolute ball though!

No sure I particularly bothered with pics during my first 6-12 months of ownership. Other than repeatedly buying expensive CD's of almost identical pictures every time I did a Bedford trackday.

No worries. Nice to have some content.
Op-Com definitely looks like it's trying to talk to the alarm (and certainly would do with the properly integrated alarm on a normal Vauxhall) but it just has nothing to report as mine hasn't got any faults. So, I'm just not sure whether it's really talking to our Meta alarm or not. Your car will be the guinea pig (given it's a turbo, pig references sound about right).

See the colour there is very different to the shot in th fuel station.
It does respond well to artificial light and the cooler temperature of the light, the better.
Bear in mind that was a mobile phone pic from (probably) some old Sony Ericsson phone at the time. Just wanted a record of the reg number for an HPI check so it was never meant for public consumption.
