Bumpage! Was this ever solved?

I think I have similar. But mine isn't at 40 mph, it seems to be when I accelerate whilst turning right (pulling out of a t junction is when I notice it most).

Sounds similar to what I get on track once the car is hot: https://youtu.be/DNPliiGxbu4 I'm in the process of replacing ball joints, brake discs and wheel bearings in an attempt to cure it. I'd be interested if P11COV solved his vibration.

We never didwork out exactly what was causing it really. I seem to remember it disappeared when I had my shocks refurbed and new springs fitted. Been fine for a year or so now.
