How many people realistically will have a 3" lying around? It's the next upgrade from the 2.5" system so are going to be like rocking horse crap. I'd give Dave Hardwick an email about his 3" system. From what I hear its cheaper than the two main stream ones and a lot quieter. People like rob999 and others have heard and felt its effects.

You'll be fine with standard internals if you are just going to a 3". If you are going to get an uprated inlet manifold as well then that would be a different ball game.

What was the nature and root cause of the failure?
