Can someone confirm the extra rib needs to be on the outside of the pulley. So currently people are running on the inside 5 ribs of the SC. Just need to be 100% before ordering. As org has been down all day for me I will close the list on Monday.

Yep, sounds right. If the SC pulley has been properly aligned then we're all using the inner 5 ribs of the SC pulley and the extra rib on the alternator pulley should go on the outboard end of the pulley.

Regarding postage what would people prefer: 2nd class recorded £3.70 insured £50 1st class recorded £4.10 insured £50 Special delivery £6.95 insured £500 Just trying to get a general concensus rather than give options. This dose not include European deliverys.

Are you receiving all pulleys and delivering from yours, If so can I have mine personally delivered or I can pick up

Yep, sounds right. If the SC pulley has been properly aligned then we're all using the inner 5 ribs of the SC pulley and the extra rib on the alternator pulley should go on the outboard end of the pulley.

  And to add to this; the (US) LSJ 6 rib crank pulley allignment is identical with our 5 rib, besides that it has this 6th rib added on the outside.   The pulley will be around 65mm diameter?

Yes the final spec is 65mm diameter 6 rib hard anodised. Org has been a pig all day so I will sort out the order on Monday when the list will be closed.
