So I finally gave in to the spray foam Gonna let it cure And attack it with a sharpe blade soon

I used 8 cans I have a gun for the cans makes it easier to use Didn't fill the whole void I packed it out a bit

yep

but I'm kinda not near that kinda stuff and screwfix sells their cans at £3.45

and the foam goes where you spary it so u minimise the time spent shaping and cutting

well in my mind I do.....

 

shape and then coat with a layer of filler

then a layer of grp and fill and sand and then it should be next christmas and I will have more time to finish it off !!!

When I've thought of doing this while whittling away the hours at work I've always thought of pu foam.

 

Now just keep up the progress!

I'm not sure about how high to have the the rear section

I quite like it raised but not as high as it is at the moment.
