I would imagine that board would be perect for this job and would have a better finish.
I would roughly cut the shapes you ned to do the job and bond it all together with the spray foam.

I got the spray foam and the gun from work and it cost me nothing so thats why I went down that route
also just because i wante dto see how it worked out
The PU foam board is a much better solution the foam is much denser and better to sand i think
This form will take quite a bit of work to get right !

Gonna put in my order with easycomposites for their tooling stuff so I can get it all smooth and ting !

*Cough* kingspan *cough* or get a high density 2 part expanding foam kit, make up a rough mould shape and pour it in then finish by hand Ooooeeerrrrr!

you need to loose that rear bump bit where it meets end of clam, dosnt look right makes rear look like elephant man
