I meant since the original post as many received theirs today

 

I don't see how fitting this set would give different feedback from the ones i fitted.

I didn't now if your were worn or anything hence getting an over all feel with others opinions rather than just improving seals on one individual car (if you get my drift)

Fit mine quickly before my drive to work. Wind noise is now only obvious at 70mph rather than the 50-60 it was before. 60 is nice and quiet. It's also made the slight window rattles disappear which is nice, unfortunately though, other rattles are now prominent.

The hard top certainly helps, I forgot to mention that this was with the soft top on.

mine got sent out without any postage paid, so had a letter from PO to collect and pay an extra £4.90 ( included £1 handling charge )

I emailed Paul last Thursday to ask. Just like when I got in on the 4ch ABS unit, he was a pleasure to deal with. He's waiting on more seals coming into stock but promised to contact me when they do. Drop him a line.

are these sided and they seem to have a taper at one end, whats the right way to fit them?

Yes they are sided. Tapered bit goes at the top and curves round to follow the windscreen. Its obvious when you offer them up

See the photos on the first page, tapered side goes at the top, make sure the base lines up with the kink at the base of the windscreen surround.
