Can you do 308 on standard calipers?

Yes but not ideal as you need spacers and part of the pads wont be in contact with the disc.

I'll be looking to get a discount on the rotors too obviously.

Nooooo, I ordered at full price 2 weeks ago....

Anyway, I know he has 19 pairs of 308mm rotors with j-hooks in stock.

When I ordered mine he was out of stock, so he told his machinist to make 10 pairs, but something went wrong and he ended up with 20 LH discs. He then had to make a further 20 RH discs to match. Maybe that'll give you some leverage with your bargaining techniques.

Well spotted, I'd forgotten the plans ones used different offsets  thumbsup

Looks like he's stuck with 19 pairs then, unless I get my car built up and driven hard (unlikely...)

If you want just the bells then £400 does indeed buy you a whole car set. If you want rotors too then they will also be approx (tbd today) 200 a set, or 400 for a car.
