So a typical insurance attitude cat d then New clam new lights write off 😡 Simple repair to clam brackets and some stupid priced lights as above I think I would have a look at what other sensible priced lights could be grafted in with a bit of bodywork 😃

Simple repair to clam brackets

There are no replacement parts for this specific part.

Depending on how rough the light removal went, it could be fooked pretty good.

I think only Jonnyboy could help out here for the part where the light attaches to (2 slide slots, and 1 nut hole)

Not even sure if that part is glued in.

I wouldn't have thought it'd be too hard to make two strips of fibreglass to hold the lights and bond them onto the clam.

Aren't they purposely flimsy so they don't damage the main clam when knocked/pulled?

I guess there are also plenty of knackered front clams about that you can rob but as you say a couple of strips if fibreglass or alloy fibreglassed in will do the job 😃

In his other thread he said the car was HPI clear with no damage. http://www.vx220.org...-new/?p=1691823

Something sounds a bit weird....
