Don't think it is, he had all the external bits and bobs fabricated in metal I'm sure. Just don't kn ow how pwople get over anything with splitters like that on. Mine has to be small and subtle.

I had a plywood splitter on mine last year and on south west meet mashed it off every speed bump and big jump in the road!! Horrible sound!
