The only time I felt the NA needed more power was when overtaking stuff. The rest of the time I got more thrills out of driving the 2nd/3rd gear twisties so the outright power never bothered me.

JTS is a standard 86mm ecotec bore block with a short 80mm stroke crank:
Volume of engine 1859 cm3
Max power in 6500 rpm.
Torque 190/4500 Nm
Fuel System Direct injection
Valvetrain DOHC
Position of cylinders Inline
Number of cylinders 4
Diameter of cylinders (bore) 86 mm
Stroke in the cylinder 80 mm
Compression ratio 11.3
Number of valves per cylinder 4
Fuel Type Petrol (Gasoline) A-98
I have a Gen-3 88mm bore block in my garage and still debating if I make an oversquare 2.1 (2.0 crankshaft) out of it, or a longer stroke 2.3 liter (2.2 crank)...

2.3 gets my vote!
