Given that these struts are variable adjustable gas force they are quite pricey (IIRC £30 a strut, less 4x fixing brackets!) and the current numbers needed vs the number to order to get lower prices just don't work out to make it a) affordable for all or worthwhile. Therefore I am happy to answer any PM's on the parts I used and where I sourced them and how I installed them, as I said at end of the first post "possibly look at doing some kits." annoyingly this possibility just doesn't work out at this time :-(

I'm in with Nicol on this so I'll let him do all of the running around etcGiven that these struts are variable adjustable gas force they are quite pricey (IIRC £30 a strut, less 4x fixing brackets!) and the current numbers needed vs the number to order to get lower prices just don't work out to make it a) affordable for all or worthwhile. I don't have the details of the strut model I used but if you go outside and lift your hood up youll be able to measure the length you need between the lip/edge of the boot hood and the lip/edge on the clam. I know the panel weight is less than 10kg so you'd be looking at SD01's just need to measure your distance to match it to the correct gas strut length. If you can find thinner struts that might help you as I think some people may get contact/fouling between strut housing and your rocker cover and near your coolant bottle, you'll just have to tailor to suit/make it work for you.
I am at work at moment but I will see if I can get some photos.
