The latest alpine headunits look pretty good and support all the apple gubbins (I know lotus fit alpine stuff in the factory, but don't get out off by that)

Are they still planning on doing a removable hard top version or has that gone the same way as the "add lightness" mantra?

I believe so.. The hardtop will probably be a single piece like the VX hardtop, but will store in the area behind the seats.
Whether this is manually or by a mechanism, who knows.. It should add very little or no weight apparently as the chassis needs no reinforcement.

Swapped the leccy mirror switch....
Lotus charge £200 for folding mirrors... £10 switch from eBay and job done
