Looks promising Chris, where is it? Largest preb garage I've ever seen but no doubt there's scope to increase its size? Hope that's the kitchen you've started on 1st expect the seller gave you a massive discount for that?😉 if it's anything like the last project in the garden, it should be a good watch?

Its not actually too far away from where i live atm, its in Rawdon. We are hoping that in the next month or so we have a finished kitchen, bedroom and loft as that is where we will be spending most of our time, the other rooms can be finished later on when we get more funds. the bathroom is going to be all re-done and walls moved etc so thats going to improve things massively. we basically think that in the next 4/5 years it will be finished. (ish) lol

Good luck with your new project. Could you not keep the tree but maybe prune it slightly and let it add to the garden rather than as a negative? :)

You could if you lived further north with it's low house pricing. You'll need to befriend the nabours ASAP so you can use their part of the drive for car mods and upgrades. ;) You looking to rent your first home or live in it while you complete the second?

Wall is completely out now, needs dressing up a little but mothing major.

Just ordered miles of network cable, wall boxes, hdmi leads, splitters etc so all that can be routed into the walls before plastering starts.

Posted Image

Been looking at kitchen ideas and we have decided on a shaker style with a 4k budget for the lot. So hopefully thats possible.

This is basically the look she wants.

Im going to pick up some paint so i can start painting the garage and garage floor..

Try Johnstones, may need a primer to make it more durable & prevent too much soak up, which will more than likely use a hell of a lot of paint?

I shall have a look. Im thinking cream/off white walls and a grey floor. Will contrast good with the red car. Plus, it will make the garage feel larger.
