Can't believe I missed this... £170 for a 1" bar is a fair price. And should help me get rid of understeer with the new set of nitrons street series I'm buying from you 
Is it adjustable?
What spring rates would work with it? I've been thinking in 400 front 525 rear or something similar...

I think is much better than fair, the only comparable bar on the market is £249.95+vat!
Yes 4 adjuster holes.
Works with any spring rates from those on std dampers to high rate one.
