You can buy polyeurathane bushes from powerflex which should improve matters. I bought some but never fitted. Others have reported improvements.

the MBR ones are powerflex - i've just fitted my MBR 1" ARB and the bushes had powerflex stamped on them.

If you are talking about the polyurethane replacements then it's a silicone based grease that's needed.

Thanks Captain and all - poly has to be the answer, didn't know they were available for the aftermarket bar sizes.
