Yes, the colour code is 3VU

 

 

Looking at the paper work received with my car, it must have had a few different reg No.s probably due to personnel plates being fitted at some stage I guess...?

 

So anyone local to Colchester with a VX?

A lot of these cars have had a number of private plates on them.  Put up a post in the Meets section and see who else is about locally for when the lockdown in over

#7622 will be written off following an accident on the 14th of May 2019. A guy rear-ended me at a junction. Car was sold to the 3rd party insurance. Their plan is to sell it once repairs are done.

#3146 is a Swedish speedster and the same number is on a VX220 in the UK according to the list. Are they numbed by model?

There will be some issues with the list as it's only updated by owner information, the original curator of the list abandoned it a few years ago.

If your Speedster VIN is 3146 (white sticker on the door pillar) then I'll update the list to reflect your ownership.

Just a bit excited. The other day I noticed the chassis number of my recently purchased vx220 was quite unique. I was thinking how sad that it wasn't just one chassis later. Then it would be be number 8000. However if I am reading this correctly I have the last VX220. Given its an 06 and there are many 56 and a few 07 plated cars, I would never have considered it being the very last. How bloody cool is that.

Anyway can someone confirm that I have the last VX220. If it is then I will have to think about a suitable name.

Have you purchase date and colour of #7999 so I can update the VIN list, I believe I read that Dave H (former MrSimba's - RIP) car had things written under the speaker panel, there was a thread I believe but can't find it in the search (altho I could have imagine it lol)
