2.95 Pulley is now in the Car. Going to be more torque in lower revs.

It is anodised afterwards to harden the pulley

Perfect and this is what I'm trying to achieve also. I would be interested if you had pictures of this fitted and how does your bracket work for bolting on? Is it a 4 quart tank?

I will post pics when installed. It will be taped and fixed with screws. Time will tell if this will work. It is 3 quart, 2.9 liters. Enough for road, but not to track it. I also beliebe that it will not be possible to use 100% of the content. So maybe only 2 liters before sucking air in corners. I will install a little tank ( 0.25l ) behind the seat. This one i can easily change with a further 3 quart tank. So 5 liters to use which should be enough

I can get a 5 litre tank inside the sill but it has to be a certain size and I'm struggling to find a tank that can be bought off the shelf

Did you make that bracket? If not can they be bought as I think this would work for me also.

...i build the bracket myself. Consisting from 2 "L" alloy panels which are glued/screwed together. Even with my solution it is possible to use a bigger tank. The tanks i used are from usplastics who did them up to 8 quarts with the same basic size. Only the heigh differs.

@ haggi961 I hope that helps! There are different ways to install the WI kit. That is only my solution. I will post some more pics later.

the position of them jets in the top, are they far enough away from the wall of the manifold? because otherwise they are just going to spray on the wall of it and it wont be as effective. its why i put mine in the sides, largest area for the spray pattern.
