I have seen far worse shared on Facebook etc Does the insurance company have a facebook page, twitter etc, companies tend to be a little more responsive if their reputation is called into question, you dont have to go into specifics but a little registration of your woe and plight on their pages wont hurt

I've had a good response when posting on a company's social media page, quite oftern they don't want the negative press. Sarah
Surely they can just delete any negative posting off their facbook page?

Morning Nev, Surprisingly they tend not to, that just gets them more negative press! Some of these company's give huge power to their social media teams to resolve problems, which in turn makes them look good. Always worth a shot I think, given the world we live in todaySurely they can just delete any negative posting off their facbook page?I've had a good response when posting on a company's social media page, quite oftern they don't want the negative press. Quick update!
After a few more phone calls I have no been told that her company were threatening to take it to court, which my guys said was most likely a stall tacit! I welcomed the idea of court if they wished. Annoyingly my guys are wanting to drop the claim as they haven't got anywhere and have not got any costs to claim against the other company!
I have also learned that this wonderful lady has also had another accident which of course I have told my insurance company about and asked them to check the facts once again regarding her name, but it still falls on deaf ears!
Hopefully I will get a result soon!

Well done for persevering with it.

I now need to ring her insurance and arrange everything.
Anyone got any ideas on what I can claim for my time and distress?
