I wrote this up in 2014 for giggles.
The SC setup has evolved over the years.
Around 2004 Delta Motors in switserland developed a 12k euro lysholm 70hp SC setup, bringing the total to about 220 hp.
It had a piggyback ecu, to drive some additional injectors wired into the air inlet to work.
The piggyback was needed due to limited access to the oem Z22SE ecu.
Shortly after that (2005/2006), the GM M62 Supercharger from the 2.0 LSJ engine was discovered and used.
The same problem applied to the ecu, and early versions still had that piggyback ecu with 2 injectors in the air inlet.
Around that same time the oil cooler setup in the crashbox was also used. In germany they used alloy plumming going under the car from front to back.
The early Hitec conversions had a spacer plate under the head for lowering the compression.
This M62 setup is the most popular, and brings anywhere between 240 and 260 isch bhp.
Around 2007, Dimitri Bilas (germany) cracked the oem ecu a bit, and made it possible to bypass the piggyback ecu, and just mount bigger injectors the normal way.
Klasen and Hitec in Germany copied the technology, and CS UK uses klasen to remote map the vx's.
Also around that time it was discovered that routing the piping via hoses through the sill was a more cleaner solution then using piping underneath the car.
Around 2008 a dutch guy in his attick cracked the z22se ecu completely for NA use, but kept the info local. The software was released as obdtuner V1 somewhere in 2009.
Around 2009 pro alloy introduced a large SC charge cooler that fitted directly under the oem radiator.
Around 2010 the dutch guy converted his software for boosted engines, and it was released as obdtuner V2. (mostly local)
Around 2010 Harrop introduced the TVS1320 1.3 liter supercharger. With it's technology a 400hp has been proven. (the M62 maxes near 300isch)
In 2013 the dutch software was introduced in the UK.

Around 2009 pro alloy introduced a large SC charge cooler that fitted directly under the oem radiator.
The Pro-Alloy pre-rad (and engine coolant rad) were developed before Sept 2008. I know this, as Nipper was the test mule for all of Pro-Alloy's developments and I bought the car off Alex (director at PA) at that date.
Maybe I should start a VXT version of this thread, though it would be long list of Courtenay/Klassen input.

One of the original Courtenay conversions for a road car was mags993tt (or something like that). Probably 2004ish. I remember him catching me on the long straight at Bedford before I got the AMD Stage 2 work done.
Dibba supercharged an NA that was not road legal (MAXR's car now, I think) but not sure which one was done first.

Makes you wonder when/why the relationship CS and Hitec cooled off, and Klasen stepped in with the mapping.

money

There was a big debacle when Klasen split from his original partner.

Do you have some details?
I'm still puzzeling the pieces together on the piggyback period, versus who hacked the Z22SE ecu initially. and how that evolved.
I always thought dbilas was first, and then copied by hitec/klasen, but above story on their initial partnership makes me wonder what happened timewize.
