I use CTEK ones and always had good results. Even form the battery being well and truly flat they seem to bring them back to life.

Another vote for the Lidl one, great bit of kit, worthy impulse buy, but not sure on availability now.As an added bonus, when i replaced my battery terminals last year, as they were jumping off, i can now hook up the charger without having to worry about taking the washer bottle off. Small win i know, but il take that.

I really like what Hamilton Classic is all about and the interesting range of products, their customer service is very good and they are a small personal business. But, holy cow their website is from the 1990s a child could do a better job with it, there is so much good free web building software out there to set up a basic website that would be a million times better. Their site has gone backwards compared to a couple of years ago. :( I hope for the success of their business their site improves.

Lidl might have sold out but they come back around maybe twice a year.

If you can't wait for them to come back out this is what you need :)

serious question...   ..why dont people just run it up to when the temp gauge kicks in..or take it for a spin once a week..   done this since mid Novemebr and have no problems in starting.   ..oh and alarm is off...who wants to pinch one of these in winter must be mad ...

Serious answer 😂 That may keep it charged up H but if it's not being used regular the conditioner is better. Pulsed anti sulphate mode for example. The clue is in the name conditioner, it's not just a trickle charger. If you want your battery to last then why not stick one on and don't waste your time and petrol running it up once a week. Most guys can't take it for a spin which is the best for everything as they SORN.

We use Ctek 0.8's in the showroom, always fine. Not much cop of the battery is flat but do just fine on new/very new batteries we have.

I've got the ctek 5.0 but stupidly forgot to connect it this last cold spell. Predictably when I went to start the car after a month the battery (a 7 year old Bosch S4) was dead as a dead thing. Connected the Ctek and its back to full health.
