Looks like that exhaust has never been hot
Are you sure you drive it to the MOT station every year

it spent more time at the bodyshop than being driven last year, I really need to make an effort this year

But at least it's nearly had a full respray, so looks shiny

Awesome work Chill and Vocky. To be honest I'm thinking more 4-1 biggest pipes I can use seem to be 40mm ? Ps Chill yes Neil's piper could have been warped during manufacture. Straightened out immediately after relief cut was made. Sent from my SM-G903F using Tapatalk

I'll go have a look as it's been in a crate for a while but I'm pretty sure it isn't stainless.

Prefer stainless but could be coated. Hold that thought. I'm very used to mechanical repairs etc but lack knowledge on bespoke motorsport etc issues so all help is greatly received. Sent from my SM-G903F using Tapatalk

Mine would probably have been easier to create with a TIG, but I have only recently bought a decent TIG welder and all I had at the time was my trusty MIG.

I used stainless pipework and the WeaponR flange from my original exhaust manifold.

Borbotta Italie makes a 4 in 1 exhaust manifold for the Z22SE vx. Cost about 650 euro...

Can get the manifold and downpipe flange made for around £75 in stainless. Then it's just pipes, though these can also be made for circa £80. Then just time and effort. Sent from my SM-G903F using Tapatalk

ideally you want to make the manifold as long as possible, then create a cat section to match. The standard join position is poor / not great / terrible, delete as appropriate
