I only wave at VX owners!  Even driving a  Lotus, other Lotus drivers don't tend to wave back.

 

The ones who understand our type of cars, know what a VX can do and appreciate its history and feel the connection.

Resurrection! I got a wave back from an older fellow in an original Elan the other day coming into Leamington was very pleasantly surprised!

Lotus bods are ok. I drive my VX on 2 Club Lotus track days every year and have only had my tyres let down once.

Lotus guys down in Oz are friendly. The most interested are the Lotus support mechanics ( mostly from the UK).. they like seeing the step sister and spotting the similarities/ differences.

Never had an issue with Lotus people. But then I have a Lotus too so maybe I'm not impartial.

I never drive my VX so don't wave at anyone.  No one is interested in a salesman in an Audi :(
