It's by far the best money spent both in terms of speed and fun.

 

No help in the TLGP though. :D

Sorry to jump in
But who actually does driver training in these cars
Ive always wanted to drive properly..... yes ok we all think we are good drivers but getting to know the limits of you and your car is priceless

Sorry to jump in
But who actually does driver training in these cars
Ive always wanted to drive properly..... yes ok we all think we are good drivers but getting to know the limits of you and your car is priceless

Quite often have instructors at the national, there will be very experienced drivers there, instructors or not, if you don't want to drive the national come up and have a few pax rides in different cars, most/all are very accommodating

Carlimits is a good place to start, and if you are feeling flush look at CATS training.

I would also look at getting passenger time with other drivers. I've found that looking at how other people drive gives good practice help and also you can see things to avoid. Some will be slower drivers overall but may be brilliant on certain areas like the brakes for example.

It's not always about going out with the faster person at the track it's building up a picture on what you can do well, what you need to work on and what suits your style.

Apart from that I think it's just doing it more and more days. the more days you do the more you build on it
