Was wondering if anyone had a spare fezza heater electrics box, or better still a T7 heater, that they would be up for selling?

You could always convert the Fez heater to manual operation using a cabled valve rather than the solenoid KA valve.
Can’t remember which one it is though, I’m sure Fez will be along to enlighten shortly! 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Thanks mate, appreciate it. It sounds like its the electric on/off signal being loose somewhere. It runs sometimes fine, suggesting the motor is ok, and its already running the manual valve version...

If you are running the manual valve version it has to be a wiring issue, either the fan switch in the cabin or the feed to the motor that connector between the fan and the feed is the most likely culprit. Run the fan with the hood up and move the wires around near the connector and on the fan itself. Worth a try, also electrical contact cleaner on plugs. If you still have a radio remove it to get to the back of the fan speed control.

I will look today for my spares pack.
