You have a VolvoAON are great too. My Volvo has been taken in and bits removed for sending back to Sweden, they have given me a fleet car, it could be for months. AON just changed the details on the phone, no charge, no time limit.

I must be psychic - First visit two weeks ago for the service, second visit last week to fit parts they didn't have in stock the first time, third visit scheduled next week to replace the centre console that they ruined in the second visit. Nothing changesPain in the ass if the car has to go in for a service, then back in a week later 'cos they f*cked something up, then again because they didn't have the right parts to start with, etc. Most trips to my dealer involve 2 or 3 separate visits.

Yeah but who wants 3rd party cover? You can drive it carefully but there are certain things that are out of your control and I don't fancy having to fork out a few grand if the worst should happen.Hold on a sec!?!?!?
If you are fully comp then you can drive other cars under 3rd party!?

I'm with Elephant and couldn't be arsed. I figured it would be easier to get lifts to/from the dealer/work etc on the day it was being serviced than fannying about getting temporary cover notes etc.So, anyone with elephant had to get their policy extended to cover a courtesy car?
Doesn't help, sorry...
