We can do bodywork....outsourced to probably the best fibreglass repairers in the UK (and the Lotus/Vauxhall warranty people). Wont be taking any oders for Stage 4 NA until I'm happy with it......and yes, the details are relatively secret....however it has been done purely for the VX and is completely new thumbsup

I think you may well have an order from me.

If you could PM me with a price for the map, a service (3 year), and a new set of front pads I'd very much appreciate it.

Michael

How about spraying? You got a company that you trust to do the work for you? I'd like a stage 1 or 2 and also require some colour coding - this something else you can offer?

To celebrate the opening of Thorney Motorsport VX220 tuning we've decided to sort some opening deals for members here. Really these are group buy prices (ie commerically only starts to make sense if lots of people do it) but its hard relying on other people to make up numbers on these types of deals so we've decided to limit them in terms of time. So all the following deals need to be booked in BY THE END OF JULY to have effect. The timing of the work can be during August but they need to be booked in July.

First off, Milltek prices. If you just want a Milltek (supply only) we can offer 20% off for the period of this offer. That makes a VXT/VXR full system only £979 (saving £250) and only £799 for the NA (saving £200). Delivery is another £15 thumbsup

However better deals are on the early staged tunes for the VXT, VXR and NA.

Stage 1 (ECU remap).

Price includes all the diagnostic work

NA is £250. Offer Price £199 150bhp approx
VXT/VXR is £499. Offer price £399 240bhp approx

Stage 2 (ECU remap and full Milltek exhaust).

Price includes all the diagnostic work and full fitting

NA is £1450. Offer price £1199 160bhp approx
VXT/VXR is £1899. Offer price £1599 250bhp approx

Stage 2+ (NA only) ECU remap, full Milltek and Pipercross Viper cold air induction kit)

NA is £1699. Offer price £1399 165bhp approx

I'm still updating the TMS site with the full details on the maps and the stages 3 (VXT/VXR) and 4,5 and 6 for all the cars and if anyone wnats these then better to chat until all the details are on the site.

Stage 3 for the NA includes gas flowed head, lightened flywheel and racing cams.
Stage 4 for the NA includes throttle bodies and new ECU wiring loom
Stage 3 for the VXT/VXR includes charge cooler
Stage 4 for the VXT/VXR includes charge cooler, racing cams, ported head, lightened flywheel and hybrid turbo

All these prices are TBA whilst I try and screw suppliers down on lower prices.

Obiously we still have all the Nitrons, brakes, brake pads, wheels, tyres carbon fibre etc etc so will be happy to sort deals on all those at the same time thumbsup

Throttle bodies ....... I like ...... I want ...... I ..... I ...... need more info! Can anyone provide info on the rough gains seen on the above conversions. ( I know I'm not going to be able to afford this for a while but it's just sooooooo cool!) I guess the supply of cool air might be an issue in the vx though..... Cheers for any inf guys! Rob
