Welcome over Tut! Your car and driving skills are an inspiration to all of us! :D I remember being at Knockhill 3 or 4 years ago and hearing tales of this crazy ex-helicopter pilot who never wears shoes and drives a knackered looking Elise with a type R engine in it. I thought he was just a myth until I joined Scottish Elises! :D Good luck with the re-build of N1TUT and I hope to eventually meet you on a road run or at Knockhill in the not too distant future thumbsup

Met Tut and Co on track at Teesside. Great bunch of lads and great skills all round. I had an amazing first trackday experience with them thumbsup

Welcome over tut. Seen N1 TUT on track at KH several times, initially thought he had some funky two tone paint work as the car came flying towards me up the main straight then thought no its just rough as hell, cool. Recognised that photo imediately. Heard about some old nutter with a Honda engined elise who walks about the pit lane in his bare feet. Now I can put the two together lol. Awesome thumbsup See you on the 28th rallly chinky chinky

So who from SE was looking at 2 year old threads on vx220.org? :D Also, I seem to have broken all my image links of that great day out in 05, must repair... Hi Tut! thumbsup Long time no see :( I have a higher res version of that picture N1 TUT on the first page should you want a copy. I need to get my arse in gear and get along to some meet ups. Last run I was on was with some big heavy expensive things from Pistonheads (and the civil partnership couple of Martin and Jon :poke: ) . Last plastic and aluminium run I was on was Nov 2005 when Gareth still had the 135R and Ali had not long bought the Exige IIRC :o Property buying is bad for the social life thumbsdown

Hi Lee, bit of a gap in this thread, but if you still have a hi res pic of N1 TUT I would love one.

Cheers
