Ok,
Two jewish blokes inherit a piece of land, and they decide to build a bungalow on it.
Cos they are so tight, they dont employ an architect or anybody else....they do everything themselves. They divide all the tasks between themselves equally....one deals with the carpenters the other the plumbers etc
Finally the job is finished, and the pair visit the bungalow to survey all their good work. They walk around the bungalow and each compliment each other on their good work.
After walking around the inside, they walk through the garden and on to the front of the house....where they find a lone brick on the driveway
Jewish man #1:- My god theres a brick over, you ordered one brick too many 
you will have to pay for that
Jewish man #2:- No way, perhaps they delivered one brick too many
after much deliberation, they cant decide who's wrong....so they decide to write 'heads' on one side of the brick and 'tails' on the other....who ever calls correctly pays for the brick
So they toss the brick in the air......
and
and
It doesnt come back down again 
you will have to pay for that
