Don't know if this helps anyone with buying R888's. Seems Toyo are doing a £10 cashback on each tyre bought by the end of July. Too knackered to look at the small print, perhaps i'll have a better look tomorrow.

What is the ET and rim width of the TD Pro Race 1.2?

Our ones are 20 front and 35 rear. OEM is 26 front so we've widened it a little bit to widen the track and ensure clearance over the AP's.

What are people thoughts on the differences between 888's and t1r's for road use only? I am thinking in terms of the balance between cost / miles before they wear out / grip

I opted for R888s when I got my speedlines but I got them for £400 from the SELOC deal last year. They are superb, but obviously will not last as long as T1-Rs. I am doing my first trackday next month and may do some more this year so they will not be wasted on the road. Saying all of that I will probably get T1-Rs next because of cost/wear rate/limited track use.

About 10.

I've sent you pm's and email but no response :( The least you can do is reply with a simple "No" if no more sets are available.

Jonh's first post says "The first order of 25 sets has been made..." so there are plenty left.

Why don't you call them and put down your deposit? Plus John said there were 10 sets accounted for, I can't imagine the other 15 going overnight.

Any chance that someone with Photoshop Skills can knock up some images of the new wheels on a VX. Ideally (for me  ) silver wheels on a Coral Blue VXT! Many thanks in advance thumbsup

If you search on the german speedster forum you will find some piccies of TD:s on Speedsters, this for example: clicky
Please note that these are a slightly different version (ProRace1). I think the v1.2 does not have the letters in black.

It's not very clear, unfortunately :(

Found some other pics on the web, but no VX.

We also need to see the Pro Race 2 on a car. Might look very good an VX :)

What tyre dimensions would you fit on a 16/17 front/rear combination of these TD 1.2:s? Let's say Yoko A048:s or maybe Dunlop Direzzas...
