Did you ever get to the bottom of this guys ? Mine came on from cold key-on this morning and stayed on for the duration of my drive. I did the key off and on again but to no avail. hoping/looking for a quick fix but haven't got a clue really.

Try pulling ecu fuse 8 for half an hour. Fans will also kick in if evil thinks there's a problem(sort of limp mode), worth trying a reset first to see if it clears the issue. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Ok - so I tried that and it seemed to work. At idle the fans didn't activate but it was raining at the time so I didn't venture out. This morning however within a couple of minutes of cold start key on the fan has kicked in. I have swapped out the relay but that has made no difference. The temp reading varied between 90 and 95 on my ~30 min journey (town 15 mins plus 15 min dual carriageway cruise). Don't know what to do next.

The only other observation I have is that the heat being pumped out the front grill when stationary is not insignificant. Is it supposed to blow out. I assumed air intake only..

I've opened my garage this morning and found my fan running on my turbo although the car has been off the road for a couple of years. It lives in the garage on a battery conditioner and is started occasionally to move it out of the garage but currently hasn't been run for over a month.

Are the things to check the same as the posts above for the n/a?
