Long and slow. There are some pix on the site somewhere of various people's efforts with boot modification to accomodate the Tsudo.

Ok she 's there now being pulled apart I'm going to miss her :( BUT looking forward to next week :D Did a dyno run before we started, came out as I exspected K&N, no Pre Cat, Regal back box (35000miles) 158bhp at 5583and 164 torque at 4020 not to bad. Pleased with the Regal box. So 68 TB and try Milltek cat and Regal (to start with) back box and see how it goes, best BHP wins, if not Milltek back box as well,I keep you all informed

Gave the car a good seeing to on a dry road today and it was just superb. Loads of power right up to 6,000 rpm and a nice blower whine at higher revs. However, changing at 5,500 seems to be fine and on the road there's no need to rev the nuts off it. Initially there was a tiny bit of hesitation on pickup from low revs but this disappeared when the engine got properly hot and was probably just the ecu getting used to the new setup. So - I'm very very pleased with Courtenay's blower setup. It's not cheap (I guess the best never is) but I have lots of confidence in their professionalism and they're nice people to deal with. For me it's made the car what it always should have been and I can't wait for the next drive.

Hi griffo,

Steve

As far as I recall they said they do not touch the standard ECU (fuelling is by an add-on programmable ECU controlling extra injectors). So the rev limit will be the one you start with. My ecu has a raised rev limit anyway so I guess in theory I could rev it till it hit the (raised) limit but there's so much torque with the blower there's not much point.
