RE hotel:

there are a few Travellodges in the area and they are 30quid a night at the moment :) . I'd prefer to stay at one that is a bit further south as its quite a trek in one jaunt from Milton Keynes to York

> ELVINGTON Location <

www.travellodge.co.uk - how about Doncaster North or Pontefract.... Where around here has the least car crime  ??

There is a travelodge on the blyth roundabout (a1) and this is around 5 miles away from my house. :D Alternatively you could just stop at mine but you would have to mind the 4 cats i have. (don't worry they don't get let out so your soft top will be safe). Theres 1 spare double room and 1 spare single room. Also 2 sofas if need be. :sleepy: Like i say it's around 50 mins to an hour away from where i live (although i don't know the way exactly so will be following someone) Just ask stumpy

The cut off date for those on the list and who haven't paid is tonight. 28 people still haven't paid so it's looking promising!

Ok - we will have 3 graphs

-Precat removed ( 154bhp and 161lb/ft)
-precat and induction kit (current)
-induction, full miltek and AMD remapped ECU (future :drink: )

All will have been of done at AMD - only difference being air temperature

Roll on Monday :P :P

Hello folks, I've been to Elvington several times and can confirm that its good fun with loads of space to run off and goon about on, but do not underestimate how much this airfield will eat your tyres. If your tyres have seen afew miles and you plan to be driving fairly hard then you will be driving home on slicks. Unless its raining (or snowing!) As for the elise regulars at elvingtion, they are a friendly bunch and have good track sense. Apart from the dick mentioned earlier who tried to under take a 933 porker and ended up with a bust rear clam and a rear wheel at an unnatural angle.

I reckon that the Pontefract Travelodge would be the best bet, looking at its location and its pretty near the A162 which goes to Elvington by the looks of things. I'll have my camcorder and mount so weather permitting should get better footage than Hethel!! No offence Thorney!!! ;)

Can someone help me? I cant seem to register on the SELOC website and I want to try and book for Elvington on 10.1.04. Is there a low tech way of doing it, like ringing someone up for example?

BB, All I can think of is to e-mail Calypsoelise, he posted on the Bedford thread. The SELOC shop still shows 1 availablebut also states 'temporarily out of stock' Good luck!
