As a matter of interest are these sensors shared with the z18xe (or whatever the 1800 vectra engine was)?

The sensor is probably common but the wiring for the VX might be longer so you may need to splice the wires or the plug might be different. Not sure.
I got mine off eBay for about 63 quid and been fine for the past month or so. It was supposed to be the correct sensor but looks like one of the cheaper generic ones but the wires and plug were correct.

Will be testing to see if it was a one off at the start of next week (having left the car at home whilst I headed to the toon on the train).
Depending on outcome, I might be making my first purchase from your shed Fab, how much would you want for one?

Cheers Noel, managed to sort it for 5p.
Found a break in one of the cables, decent crimp and electrical taped it.... Fixed!
