i actually have just the performance box. VBreplay is avalable from racelogics site you open your file in PBtools, and save it as a VBO file. (i loaded the cadwell park start/finish line from the racelogic site into PBtools and cut off the area before the start finish line, also press the lap timing button and it gives you your lap time and v max for each lap) then you open the VBO file in VBReplay then you use a screenrecorder (i got ZD soft screen recorder) set it to capture the area of vbreplay with the info in, record, and start VBreplay playing the run once its all finish then stop the recording overlay it in your favourite editing program removing the green background (like the weather people do) and voila (i use adobe premier, its the ''non red key'' effect) then to get it as accurate as i can i just position it so it starts on the start line. good eh

It was good to meet you also Guy, Mark Max and Paul as well. It was the first time i've been on
a track day where there were other vx220s.
Your video looks great with the performance box data added.

What a great circuit! & it was also nice to put new faces to the names from the forum. It has to be said, that the VX's that day put on a pretty convincing display for the Lotus boys. I had a fantastic day after a slow morning getting used to the circuit, bedding in new pagid's & new tyres. How lucky were we with the weather, no rain till about 3pm then it gradually got worse till about 4 by which time it was pouring down. Guy, some great videos... I'll post up a couple later, including my spin with you as passenger (...as promised!)

Tues 15th July O.P.L
Thursday 28th August O.P.L

Max, or anyone else for that matter, any chance of showing a Cadwell virgin the ropes on 15th July (plus I wouldn't mine a good nose round you car ;)) . I'd do the June date as well but I'm booked on a Silverstone evening on the 18th. Typical, the Silverstone eve is through Circuit Days as well but didn't know I could get a discount :beat: how do we go about getting the discount. Dave

Guy... Sorry, you're right it should have been Friday 20th (thanks!)

VXT'ED No worries...But it will be like the Blind leading the Blind as I have only been their the once! Plus I have not had any tuition as yet as I cancelled the one I had booked as my car is too noisy to hear any comments from the instructor above the noise of the S/C due to lack of sound insulation in my car. I'm buying a pair of helmets with an intercom which should resolve the problem.

I must say though, that the S/C noise is fabulous when driving on the track....it adds a fair bit to the experience. (IMO) Also the discount I sorted out with Chris at Circuit Days, just ask him about any future ones you do.

Max

Some great pictures there. They're also very flattering. My car looks very clean and shiny with no blemishes which is far from reality! This one has a lovely 'matt' look to it.

Thankyou to Max and Mr M (I think, if I've got that wrong I do apologise, I'm rubbish with names) for the passenger rides. Two very impressive cars. A turbo with nigh on 300 horses is VERY fast . The supercharged car didn't feel far off in power but as you would expect felt less lairy and probably easier to drive. I also had a pax in an exige 240R that was very rapid & sorted. Max I'm sorry James wouldn't shut up - he's like that sometimes - but he did fit the Pagids so it kind of worked out in the end! I had a great time. Now where can I find £12k for a decent vx? Dean

Yep, I agree, you car looks great in that shot Paul (not that it looks like a shed in real life). Probably the best of the VX pics in that album. thumbsup
