Must have gotten swapped/covered at some point? Mine originally came with blue, I bought it with beige, and now it has black. Had I not spoken to the preiouvs owner who explained the blue/beige swap - I'd have wondered what the blue was.

I want to get it done too. Did you actually use the product Paintshield? So you didn't go half way up the bonnet?simba, have you got paintshield on it?
Yep, Front clam (up to bonnet) Full sills (inner and outer) Wing mirrors & 'V'
Very well done 'almost' impossible to see, you'd have to look very hard to notice it
I had it done through Horizon, the Paintshield guy they use is very good, I 'think' they do a piece thats the length of the full clam now but taken to the line of the bonnet works better I think,
If your at 'The Chase' this weekend have a look
The 'full' sills are much better than the OE paintshield that the VX comes with, did'nt notice quite how bad they were till they were taken off.

Sorry - I had a minor aberration 
I didn't mean half way up the bonnet (as in lid). I mean half way up the front clam to the bonnet. It sounds like that's what you've had done. Would like to see it at The Chase

Great to hear the VX is back 
and from what I can gather having been away for the last 2 weeks playing in the ice in Spitsbergen the weather has been good to you as well so hope you've been out playing.
