horrible holes that need to be made to push the cc rad pipes to.. one low to push them through (I attached the tube to copper pipe and shoved it through) needs some tidying up with a file and something to line the hole so it doesnt wear through the hoses

and one high up for them to come out of (you need to get your hand inside the sill from the cabin)

So far so good. How much did it cost and what does it run like?

Itching to get mine together now :( Have all relocated the ECU, done all the wiring, swapped back to standard cams, had the rocker cover powdercoated, just waiting for the actual supercharger and manifold from Courtenay! Next couple of days hopefully! I've even got the blower cams, rods and Harrop supercharger already for the stage 3... :P

I spent £1650 on the parts, including timing + balance shaft chain changes £330 was the superchager + manifold from USA. You could be able to do it for £1200 minimum if you didn't bother with the chains and the dual pass plate etc..

Good work Rik, you will have to show me sometime! Did you lower the compression by using a thicker head gasket and did courtenays remap the existing ECU, or did you fit a piggyback? You've got me thinking now.......
