I have adjustable Spax so can do the ride height and damping easily. I guess there is no point in adjusting the camber though unless you have a geo check first to tell you what the current camber is?

Spax shocks, you lucky ba****rd!! No, once you have the ride height you want, you should perform a geo check. The alignment settings will change dramatically when you lower the car, I got more caster, camber and a terrible toe-out if I remember it correctly. Beware for the tyre wear!! The caster is a ba****rd to adjust but it can be done, but my value 3,4° is more than the standard 3,0 and less than the 340r figures.

Shims/washers are on the upper front wishbone mounting. Moving the shims from in front to behind the mounting will change the castor.
