all it takes is typing in 0-60 calculator.....

like this

all you need to know is bhp at the flywheel, weight of the car and bingo all the statistics you need to make you have a bigger willy at the pub

doesnt take into account gearbox or grip.

Imnotworthy very true

just for the record what bhp and weight where you running to get 0-60 in 3.85s

320lbft
292bhp

normal weight of a modded vxt.. i.e. after market exhaust, chargecooler etc cant remember what i weighe dit at.. 920 maybe?

flat bit of quiet tarmac dual cariageway
R888
racelogic TC and Launch control

the time increased after i fitted the 4.17fd as you couldnt hit 60 in second IIRC. did try launching in 2nd with the 4.17fd but it either bogged down or didnt like it..

that timing was done with a racelogic performance box, 10hz GPS processor, what EVO and other mags use to test cars.

1/ I think a 'bitey' clutch makes a big difference. I know my Sachs clutch can't cope with 350 lb/ft of torque and slips, and am pretty sure this limits the power delivery to the sheels in 1st gear, as it doesn't really bite the flywheel when you drop it. To emphasise this, the car is almost impossible to wheel spin on dry smooth tarmac even in first gear...

you might wanna get that checked over thumbsup it shouldnt slip

if the clutch cant take the 350lbft why not have the car lowered down to 320ish?

only time my clutch slipped was when i gave it some beans trying to launch in second..
