You are the lucky owner of one of only a handful of cars with black rear badges!My Q is, I have black badges on my car, why is this? Is this an option you can get, or is my car a little special? Feel free to ruin my happy excitement of it being a special car.
Unfortunately it's not a special edition or secret option or anything, someone probably just painted them black like Jase_MK or I

That was my first reaction too, which probably means that it is non-standard.The back box doesn't look stock, but that could just be the cam not picking up smaller details.
LewisT, I think you need to make sure you know what you've got and have squared it with your insurance company
