a couple of useful part numbers thumbsup if you ever need to replace the head gasket on your sc then use the saab turbo item, almost identical to the Cometic version but half the price and available off the shelf in the uk :) the saab inlet gasket is the same as the LSJ gasket, so you can buy that for the sc conversion Saab Turbo B207L - head gasket, part number 93175913 [about £40] Saab Turbo B207L - inlet manifold to cylinder head gasket, part number 12786262 [about £3]

Aaah... the weeks spent going over and over that list - and extending the list on many occasions too! Jon at Courtenay Sport was very helpful with this and will be able to read out most of the list from his end... just a few extras I have added. One part that Jon does know about but doesn't/didn't have the part number for is the Corsa top hose. The part number is 90444470. Personally I wasn't brave enough to attempt the conversion myself. Vocky has been incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgable and I can't recommend him enough! (Perhaps I should check it works before I say this ;)) Really can't wait to get my car back and remapped on Monday. Hugh thank you to Vocky! thumbsup :grouphug: chinky chinky :groupjump:

Is there anywhere online that can supply the parts from the USA other than waiting for them to come up on ebay.com?

the air filter and charge cooler tank fitted

Very familiar chargecooler tank design... chinky chinky

Make sure that the fuel lines are properly relocated and shielded to clear the SC belt. Also in case of belt ruptures...

What did you use to remove the security bolt (ie the sheared one!) on the ECU  And did you remove it whilst the manifold was still in place, or can the manifold/ECU be removed first to make it easier  :)

It will come out with out drilling, if you remove the tamper proof torx bolt you can move the alloy bracket back wards and forwards the shear bolt will undo chinky chinky

I have read this with so much interest that i only just missed out on purchasing a brand new supercharger off ebay by £10 thumbsdown . I wonder how high the other bidder was willing to go?? Infact i wonder if anyone on here purchased it? Location was in the UK and went for £490. Anyone else see it on ebay? Very poorly advertised with no mention of vx220, astra and they called it an mp62 instead of m62! I only came across it by searching for eaton. Never mind maybe next time hey, i must have my passenger ride in joes car at north wield first. Who knows i might not like it?? :groupjump:
