Shouldn't have thought so, Not sure what we'll be doing yet. Steve thinks it'll take us about 6 hours so we could either leave at 6am or drive down tuesday night, it's up to him, he's driving :)

I'm easy either way. It's a long drive so you might have to step in when I get tired :P

I have my wing-man confirmed now and getting a bit excited. Can we please decide on crossing times and hotel so we can start to get booked? I am afraid we will run out of options soon. I reckon brekkie at Fabs, we all do the pots then hit the Chunnel on 31st March about 11ish. Leisurely drive to the hotel, check in and have good food and a fruit beer (or two). Track on the 1st then back to hotel to get disgustingly drunk. Head to the Chunnel when we get up after a hearty breakfast.

11am'ish crossing is probably going to be the wrong time for me. That's going to put me slap bang in the middle of the morning rush hour on the M25 and the carnage that is the Dartford Crossing. Would rather leave home at 5am to miss it all together, or later when the worst of it has gone. Will see you there.

Only a suggestion Matt, I would rather have a group crossing and convoy than a dribs and drabs.

What time crossing are you booking and are you staying at the track hotel with covered parking? If so, there is a plan that I will happily adopt and maybe others will as well. We can convoy down to Fab's to pick him up.

I think we are all waiting for someone to book then possibly all will book.

We need to book soon otherwise we will have to swim the channel with tents on our backs.

:yeahthat:

Hotel wise, it's only somewhere to rest our heads isn't it! so does it really matter if it's not the Ritz? If it's near the track then bonus.

Fab, maybe you should pay for the rooms and food/drinks on your business and call it "corporate entertainment" on your tax paperwork. :D
