I know I know, its not a vx220, but I know a lot of you secretly love the exige ;)

Anyway, just fitted the new 2010 rear wing to the exige along with a new larger roof scoop. Quite happy with the result! The new rear wing from lotus was only £150, so good value too.

See what you guys think....

Love your car but not feeling any love for the 2010 spoiler. Prefer the more subtle previous version, even if it's not as efficient from a downforce point of view.

It does seem to divide opinion. I never liked the 2010 spoiler originally, but it has grown on me quite a lot. Still don't like the revised front end of the exige though.

Yes I do - as Fab pointed out, its held on with velcro. Just removed it for the pic, but it has to be removable as the gt3 exhaust melts number plates on track.

Looks great. Very racy. Do you know how much more downforce the GT3 wing generates? PS Do you have any close up photos of the diffuser hangers? I need to add mounts in much the same place for my Jimsan diffuser as the vented rear clam does not have enough strength to support the weight (there's more mesh than fibreglass on the lower section). I was planning to bend some flat bar and mount the the spare rivnuts at the exhaust hangars, but that looks a much neater solution.

They reckon over 40kg of downforce.

I'll see if I can get some close up pics tonight for you of the diffuser hangers. I actually got them with with the 2bular exhaust as part of the panel elimination kit. They are basically 2 threaded rods with a shackle at one end to mount the the diffuser. The shackles also mean the diffuser can be remove very quickly.
