all that happens is knocking noise which i can hear and feel through the steering wheel when driving slow

If you can feel it through the steering wheel then it is probably a front end issue.
Track Rod Ends - Check em by tugging on them with car jacked up
Anti-rollbar drop links - Check em,same way as above.
Have SPS touched your brakes? If so them it could be pad rattle (not a problem, just iritating).

Not that i know of, he didnt remove any brakes or anything. If the noise comes back i'll check those, thanks
