Pah, no good. I can see rust on the manifold, rust on the chain tensioner and a rusty EGR valve. Appalling.I want an engine as clean as this one:

Also, sorted the bolt under the drivers door (clam mount) by heating it to melt the silicon "captive nut" then cutting the bolt and collecting the now non captive nut from inside the sill.
We've fitted a new m8 bolt and wing nut to the underside. MUCH better and not likely to cause issues again.
All this is prep work before the proper work starts.
