I don't think they can. Its not something like a paint issue, its a safety issue which could have serious repercussions if not addressed.Great letter
just hope Vaxhall dont ignore this like most big companies do.

I think if the company are aware of the problem, do nothing, and the worst happens, there's a strong case for corporate manslaughter. It doesn't get much more serious than that.its a safety issue which could have serious repercussions if not addressed.

Great letter and very well put. I know realize that I've had this problem but had assumed it was my driving!:
However, the VX220 system does not seem to hold the wheels anywhere near the point of lock-up, and the sensation from the driver’s seat is that the brakes have almost been removed entirely.

Thanks for taking the time to write the letter.
