So... First clear all error codes to see what is what now. And that screen dump was with a running engine?? I see O2 B1 = 0mv and that is not good. Heater of O2 B1 is OK, so something fishy there. Did you check the wiring of your mixture O2? LET diagram shows pin 25(=3) and 8(=4) are the O2 B1

If the AMM has failed - are you using an oiled air filter (K&N or the like)? If so this could of killed the AMM

Did you look into this further? As Nick said, his 2nd O2 is also 451mv fixed like you have. But your 1st O2 reading is not normal. Lowest a narrowband gets is normally ~20mv for a very lean condition. Your 0mv shows a loose connection or so. Check the wiring to the ecu pins.

Hum lowest any sensor would read will be 100 or 500 mv, the amount below is here for diag, so 0 mV is definitely a not working sensor (or connection)

A pic for clarification, and as Alanoo already said the extremes are for diagnostic purpose. 0mv is not a normal O2 signal, so sort that.

Nick's is definitely a VXT lambda sensor. He was most disgruntled when Courtenay's changed it over.

O2 sensor should be similar, but is the VXT's pin layout different in the quad connector???
